Services Provided
Homemaker/ Personal Care:
(HPC) Services - Supports a person to be more independent while meeting their daily living needs. Homemaker/personal care advances the individual’s independence within his/her home and community and helps the individual meet daily living needs.
Residential Respite:
Offers a break to caregivers while supporting the person at a facility or friend or family member’s home.
Waiver Nursing Delegation:
This service allows individuals to receive essential medical care while maintaining independence in a familiar setting, with trained caregivers providing delegated nursing tasks.
Non-Medical Transportation:
Non-Medical Transportation assists a person with transportation to their day services, employment services, or places of employment.
Adult Day Support:
Provides opportunities for individuals to participate in social and recreational activities in a non-residential setting.
Ohio Shared Living:
Provides an option for adults with a developmental disability to get the support they need while living with a family member or a caregiver.
Medication Reminder:
Authorizes direct service providers to perform health-related tasks for people with a variety of medical conditions.
Participant-Directed Homemaker/ Personal Care:
This option, available through all DODD waivers, empowers individuals to take charge of their care, manage daily activities, and achieve personal goals.
